I have great news! I will be reopening the studio space I currently teach out of @TAJ Pilates as Burn. This enables me to increase my schedule and be in one place to give YOU the best fitness experience around. We also have spinning coming to TAJ! This space will rock with bikes and I promise to give you nothing less then the best experience every time you chose to give me an hour. I am there to make sure when  you decide to join me, you get challenged, supported and encouraged throughout your class. I am there for you. 

 

The other great part of the new Burn is every spin class every class pass and every training session will be able to be booked ONLINE! No more wondering if there is room, worrying that you don't have cash or your card! As of Jan 5th every transaction will be simple, easy, and user friendly. The link will be on my website as of Jan 5th when you can book a bike and buy class cards with a click of a button. The mobile version of my site gets you to your account quickly from your phone as well!

Below I have posted the upcoming schedule starting Jan 15th. Take a look, and more importantly tell me what you THINK! Don't forget about small group training. A great a alternative to class times that don't work for hectic schedules. 4 or more people pay $10.00 a person for a series of 6! I'm talking nights, mid mornings, weekends... You can't go wrong! The P90X/Insanity 8 week program is happening Mon/Wed/Fri@ 5:30 AM. The program is booked solid but I am filling the March P90X2 group Quickly! This group will meet % mornings a week @ 5:30AM. The results from the first program are AMAZING.
